The management team at Ball Commercial has more than 35 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, completing over $300M in transactional volume.

We are well-versed with the latest technology in the commercial real estate market, identifying growth areas in the state to connect our land investors with our landowners.
Hunter Ball is the Founder and Principal of Ball Commercial Real Estate and oversees the company’s brokerage services, investor relations and strategic growth into major markets throughout Texas. As Principal of Ball Commercial, Hunter works closely with family offices and investment companies to place capital in Texas growth markets.
Prior to founding Ball Commercial, Hunter spent two years at a Houston-based commercial real estate firm specializing in land brokerage. In this role, Hunter brokered land transactions, analyzed land investments and prepared valuations for clients and investors.
Outside of the office, Hunter enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with his family.

Tommy Wilson is the Senior Vice President at Ball Commercial and brings over 35 years of commercial real estate experience.
Tommy provides leadership and direction in Ball Commercial’s expansion efforts into Dallas and other major markets throughout Texas. He oversees Ball Commercial’s listing inventory and works closely with our clients. Tommy also coordinates, mentors and oversees the company’s new hires across multiple markets.
Prior to Ball Commercial, Tommy spent 13 years with Fritsche Anderson working on office and industrial tenant representation. In addition, Tommy worked on land sales as well as the sale of small buildings and churches. Before Fritsche Anderson, Tommy was with CB Richard Ellis for 10 years. Starting in 1999, he led a team responsible for disposing of 503 industrial and office properties in 41 countries on behalf of Halliburton Energy Services. Once completed, he focused on tenant representation.
Tommy is a member of Chapelwood United Methodist Church and previously served as a Board Chair for The Texas Center for the Missing.

Marshall Hughes joined Ball Commercial Real Estate in 2022. In his role as Director of Marketing, Marshall oversees all marketing communications for Ball Commercial.
Marshall is responsible for brand strategy, public relations campaigns and social media. He also provides creative direction for business development including proposal writing, presentation strategy and design.
A graduate of Harding University with a bachelor of arts degree in Communications, Marshall worked eight years in sportscasting with stops in Midland, Texas and Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to joining Ball Commercial, Marshall was the Sports Director at KOSA (CBS affiliate) covering the Midland-Odessa market before joining the news team at WATE (ABC affiliate) in Knoxville.
Outside of the office, Marshall enjoys traveling, playing golf and being an uncle to his three nephews.

Elise is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
Prior to joining Ball Commercial, Elise taught second and third grade in both public and private institutions. Elise is a native Houstonian and graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Journalism.
Outside of the office, Elise enjoys cooking, reading, spending time with her husband, newborn son and black lab.
